Abacus Analytical System GmbH<\/strong> has been active in the field of biotechnology for more than 25 years. In addition to large production plants, we design and manufacture a large number of bioreactors for various applications.
\nOn a laboratory scale, the reactors are usually sized in the range of 0.2 to 3 litres. Besides classical fermentation parameters (e.g. temperature, pH-value, oxygen content, OD) the fermenters can be equipped with various other sensor systems. In addition to classical fermenters, Abacus also offers disposable bioreactors up to a volume of 200 L.
\nIf you need other dimensions of the fermenters for your application, we have a solution for this. In a concept phase, we work out a joint solution with you to match your needs and wishes in the best possible way.
\nIn addition, we offer complete documentation (IQ, OQ, PQ) on request and can guarantee the guidelines of cGMP, GAMP and FDA if required.
